What is Malmö Citysamverkan and what do they do?

Malmö Citysamverkan is a joint venture organisation and our owners are The City of Malmö, 35 commercial property owners and 400 shops and restaurants. Together we work to create and maintain an attractive and lively city centre. Malmö Citysamverkan has the knowledge, contacts, creativity and power to change and continue to develop our city center.

Malmö Citysamvekan’s overall business goals is to;

Maintain the attractiveness and further develop the city center by;

Financiering

Malmö Citysamverkan is financed in part by a yearly fee from the property owners, the retail trade and by Malmö City. The remaining part is different projects financed by sponsors, different associations and organizations that we cooperate with.

All the money invested by the different parties; property owners, the retail trade and The City of Malmö, goes back in full to the city by activities, decorations, events and lots lots more. This in turn brings people to city, increases the turnover and brings about new investments. Malmö Citysamverkan keeps this wheel in motion.
