Malmö Citysamverkan har vunnit pris för sin samverkan i och med utmärkelsen Best TCM Partnership of the Year Award, med följande uttalande från juryns talesperson professor Cathy Parker AIPM, development director at Institute of Place Management:

Malmö Citysamverkan is a fantastic best practice example in city centre development. It has great strength of involvement from both the private and public sectors and boasts a wide remit of achievements. The effect of the work proves this is a truly worthwhile investment for all partners and has resulted in a city centre of world class standard.

Utmärkelsen var den som enligt ATCMs ordförande Graham Chase var den viktigaste och svåraste att erhålla och bedömningsgrunderna var:

Best TCM Partnership of the Year 
Successful partnerships involve real engagement and contributions from key stakeholders at the appropriate level; clear visions, strategies and action plans supported by a persuasive business plan for the partnership itself; good management with a track record of delivery; an effective communication strategy with investors, the public sector and community; regular and objective monitoring and evaluation and a clear record of success.
